About Nova vita
Nova Vita Housing Co-operative was established on April 30 1984 and is based on the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity. The Co-op is one of 265 non-profit housing co-ops in British Columbia, and is governed by an elected seven-member Board of Directors.
It's located in North Burnaby, close to Simon Fraser University and Sperling Skytrain station (about 10 minutes by bus); and in walking distance to three bus routes (144, 135 & 160), Burnaby North Secondary School, Kensington Plaza, Burnaby Mountain Golf Course, Westridge Elementary School, daycare and Burnaby Mountain park.
The Co-op has 56 units, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom townhouses. There are coin-operated laundry facilities in the Co-op; and all three- and four-bedroom townhouses have their own in-suite spaces for laundry facilities.
All ages and lifestyles welcome.
